FAQ Internships
Lorem ipsum
No. As far as the DDCS is concerned, it is the club that organises the course and must therefore make the declaration.
You must go to the TAM online platform (Téléprocédure d’Accueil de Mineurs) via the following link: https: //tam.extranet.jeunesse-sports.gouv.fr/
The declaration must be made no later than 2 months before the start of the course and completed using a supplementary form no later than 8 days before departure.
An internship abroad does not exempt you from declaring your internship.
For a course in France, and regardless of the means of transport used (minibus / coach / train), each participant (athlete staff) must be in possession of an identity document ( national identity card or passport) valid until the end of the stay.
For an internship abroad, and regardless of the means of transport used (plane / bus / train), you will need the following documents:
- 1 identity document ( national identity card or passport depending on destination) valid until the end of the stay. Original required (no photocopies )
For all participants of foreign nationality (outside the EU), only a passport will be required for travel.
- Your printed return plane/train ticket
Make sure beforehand that the list of names sent to EVENSPORT is spelled correctly.
- ( for minors only) An authorisation to leave the country (the original, not a photocopy) signed and accompanied by a copy of the signing parent’ s identity card.
- European Health Insurance Card: not compulsory , but recommended. It can be obtained free of charge and avoids advance payment of medical expenses abroad.
Reminder
A photocopy of your identity card or residence permit are not considered valid and do not allow you to travel, or embarkation.
Conseil EVENSPORT Envoyez-vous sur votre boite mail une copie de votre pièce d’identité. Cela pourrait être utile en cas de vol ou de perte.
Unfortunately not. If you stop practising sport for personal reasons , this is not a valid reason for reimbursement.
Only justifiable reasons ( medical certificate, injury, etc.) will be taken into account by the insurer.
For air travel, you can take:
- Liquid products (max 100mL) placed inside a small transparent plastic bag (20 cm x 20 cm)
- 1 piece of cabin baggage ( refer to the airline ‘ s website for the exact dimensions allowed)
- 1 piece of hold luggage (weight indicated on your placement form, varies according to the airline used)
Conseil EVENSPORT Prenez dans un bagage cabine les éléments essentiels (ex : maillot de bain, tenue de rechange, médicaments + ordonnances). Cela pourrait être utile en cas de livraison retardée de bagages à l’arrivée.
For placements abroad, in most of our destinations, meals are provided in buffet format , so it is possible to avoid foods that are contraindicated.
For courses in France, we do our best to inform our service providers. Some can cater for special dietary requirements, others cannot.
If this is the case, we will inform you in advance. Sometimes, this can lead to additional costs.
